Because we supply parts and materials for the telecommunications industry, which is considered critical infrastructure under Federal, State and Local guidelines, Platinum Tools warehouse has resumed limited operations. Both the State and Local shelter in place orders contain exemptions for businesses in sectors deemed critical infrastructure.
Our warehouse and production departments are operating with an all-volunteer staff, and while we will make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, some delays may be unavoidable. Enhanced sanitation, personal safety, and social distancing guidelines remain in effect, and much of Platinum’s staff will continue to work remotely in order to minimize the risk of exposure.
