HUNTERSVILLE, N.C., November 15,\n2019 \u2013 NSi Industries, LLC, a leading provider of electrical and control\nproducts, today announced the acquisition of the Simi Valley, California-based SullStar<\/a>Technologies, expanding\nits product portfolio and leadership position in the low-voltage product\nmarket. SullStar Technologies designs unique patented tools and connectors for\nthe datacom and telecom markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 20 years, SullStar Technologies has been partnering with NSi Industries\u2019 Platinum Tools division, which NSi acquired earlier this year, for the distribution and sales of its products. SullStar\u2019s patented specialty electrical products include crimp tools, punchdown tools, and connectors and has over 60 patents worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSullStar is the inventor of\nnumerous global patents in and around the low-voltage tools and connectors\nspace,\u201d said G. R. Schrotenboer, chief executive officer, NSi Industries. \u201cThis\nacquisition ties together the sales and development of two businesses into one,\nfurther strengthening our leadership position in the low-voltage market.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the overall acquisition, NSi will gain ownership and work on maintaining and enforcing SullStar\u2019s current patents. SullStar\u2019s patented product portfolio consists of high-value items that feature unique characteristics to better meet professional low voltage cable installers needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
